This week The Daily Mile was officially re-launched at FMS. All students and staff have been enjoying running in the sunshine and fresh air for 10 minutes every day – it has been wonderful to see the school community out in force, supporting one another around the 1/2 mile route. We are looking forward to seeing the impact that the daily mile has on our students health and well-being, with the run contributing towards the recommended hour of physical activity that children should be doing per day.
