In tutor groups pupils have been looking closely at the rights that every child under the age of 18 has, Article 1. They then examined one of the rights in more detail considering what the right meant to them. Together the pupils worked collaboratively to create a banner depicting their chosen right. Some classes also spent the time looking in more detail at the seventeen new sustainable development goals the government has set to help make sure that every child achieves their rights by 2030. These banners will be displayed in the hall in the New Year to remind pupils of their rights. Watch this space for the final products.
