The Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and excellent full-time KS3 Teacher. Please state on your application letter which subjects you have experience of teaching. Candidates must be able to confidently adapt and deliver our curriculum offer to pupils demonstrating an in-depth knowledge and across all primary learning areas. Knowledge of the KS2 and KS3 National Curriculum is essential to adapt learning, address any gaps in knowledge and ensure through monitoring and assessment the positive progression of our pupils. The post will involve teaching in KS3 alongside a tutor’s responsibility.

We are seeking to appoint a university student (on a sandwich course) as a Teaching Assistant to support children in class and to run small intervention groups.

Experience of working with children in an education setting would be desirable, but enthusiasm, patience and good communication skills are equally important. The successful applicant must be able to work as part of a team to support the learning and welfare of pupils in school.

The postholder will play an important role in supervising the activities of pupils during the teaching period and lunch & break time duty within the school, including both indoor and outdoor areas, ensuring a safe environment is maintained at all times.

We are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to join our friendly team to support the children for the lunchtime period during term time only.

Duties include setting up the school hall with tables and equipment, supervising the children during their break, in the hall, the classrooms and on the playground, and clearing the hall after lunch. There is some manual handling involved in setting up and clearing away the hall.

We strongly advise that you visit the school during a lunchtime service to help you understand the role.
