It is great to be able to celebrate some of the fantastic achievements of our pupils outside of the classroom but we must not forget all the great work they do in the classroom every day. One creative project that highlights the cross-curricular opportunities is this excellent textiles project; tying together the mathematical nature of tessellation and an eye for creative detail. Each child tessellated a shape, used fabric pens to colour their designs and then applied sewing techniques to embellish the final products.
Well done 6MBs, I love it.
