On Thursday we welcomed our daily mile guest runners for the month of March. Mr Hammett was able to use his connection to Bournemouth University and the Dorset Cricket Board to invite Bournemouth University’s Ladies Cricket Team in to join our students on the course. It was wonderful to see the school community getting active in the sunshine and particularly special to see our girls cricket team running alongside such excellent role models.
We now look forward to welcoming the cricket team back in the near future. They have kindly offered to run some taster coaching sessions for our lucky students – a fantastic opportunity. A huge thank you to the whole team for visiting as well as to Rob Newton for coming along to show his support.
