Year 6 Boys and Girls Football v Heathlands
In the final football fixture of 2021 our year 6 pupils produced a brilliant display of team work and positivity. We hosted Heathlands Primary and produced some great passing and moving to manage the victory. What was ever so pleasing was the spirit in which the match was played. All pupils supported each other and for many it was their first ever match.
Year 7 and 8 Tinsel Netball Tournament
The annual Tinsel Tournament was participated by our year 7 and 8 girls that attend netball club. All worked incredibly well and our girls have enjoyed the opportunity to participate in some friendly matches against each other. There was lots of festive cheer and treats at the end and it was lovely to see them all supporting each other. We look forward to more netball in 2022.
Sports Round Up
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our pupils for their sporting efforts during the first half of this academic year. Pupils have worked well in PE and during extra-curricular clubs. We have had brilliant numbers at clubs and pupils and it has been lovely to see fixtures happening once again. I want to wish all of our pupils a great holiday and look forward to more sporting endeavours in 2022.
