We are seeking to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to support children with additional needs to commence as soon as possible. We are looking for someone who has experience of pastoral care and knowledge of Autism is desirable.
This is a temporary contract to commence from Monday 25th February and will end on 19 July 2019.
The hours of work are 30 hours and 35 mins per week (term time only) to be worked across Monday to Friday 8.45am to 3.20pm.

CASUAL MINIBUS DRIVER(S) REQUIRED
School term time only
Salary: Grade 4 (£8.82/hr)
A pool of minibus drivers, with category D1 on their licence, are required to drive hired minibuses to and from sporting fixtures and occasional other events for Ferndown Middle School. On most occasions this will happen in the afternoon and will entail driving to another school. There will, however, be times when an earlier start and/or a later finish are required.
In common with all the school’s staff, drivers will be expected to undertake a basic proficiency test.
There will be no major maintenance issues associated with the post, although drivers are expected to alert the school to safety and other concerns.
The ideal candidate must hold a clean, valid driver’s licence with PCV (passenger carrying vehicle) entitlement (D or D1).
