A pool of minibus drivers, with category D1 on their licence, are required to drive hired minibuses to and from sporting fixtures and occasional other events for Ferndown Middle School. On most occasions this will happen in the afternoon and will entail driving to another school. There will, however, be times when an earlier start and/or a later finish are required.

There will be no major maintenance issues associated with the post, although drivers are expected to alert the school to safety and other concerns.
The ideal candidate must hold a clean, valid driver’s licence with PCV (passenger carrying vehicle) entitlement (D or D1).
The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Please complete the application below if you would like to apply for this position.
