Year 8 Boys County Cup Football v Highcliffe
Our Year 8 boys returned to Dorset County Cup action with an exciting tie against Highcliffe. It was certainly an excellent advert for Dorset Schoolboy football. Highcliffe raced into a two goal lead and our boys were not put off and in fact produced a great comeback to make it 2-2 with two goals from Harley. Highcliffe then scored two late goals to seal an end to end victory. We wish them all the best for their next round but our boys produced superb determination to never give in and battled through to the end. Certainly on another day it may have been our victory.
Year 6 Girls PEDSSA Football v Allenbourn
Our Year 6 girls played against an experienced Allenbourn side. Although the result did not go our way, our girls continued to show improvement in getting the ball moving forwards and nearly scoring on a number of occasions. Our girls should be ever so proud of their efforts and their energy, enthusiasm and positivity is massively consuming and it is an absolute pleasure to take them to football matches.
