To celebrate the importance of anti-bullying week last week, Ferndown Middle School teamed up with Ferndown Upper School, Ferndown First School and Parley School in hosting our third No Put Down week. The focus of the week was on giving and receiving compliments, and behaving positively towards all of the many people who make up our school communities.
Students in all schools wrote compliment slips, played ‘big-up bingo’ and spent time focusing on all of the positive qualities of the people around them, and the good things they recognise in themselves.
We’d like to say thank you to all that participated and especially to all the parents who took time to email compliments to us as a school- they were all very much appreciated!
