This week 21 students worked with Louise Jones from Food for Thought Cookery school, to make healthy and nutritionally valuable sweet treats. The students learnt how to make energy balls, cookies and chocolate that actually benefits our bodies, giving us valuable vitamins and minerals.
All products were dairy free, gluten free, refined sugar free and only used natural sweetners. They used valuable ingredients and Louise explained the nutritional benefits of the foods used.
Each student made the following products:
All products were nut free, as we are a nut free school.
