Gingerbread house and “FSM Bake off” Christmas cake competition:

Bake off club made the school’s gingerbread house this week, during our Wednesday club.Students baked the gingerbread at the start of the week using templates and then stuck it together using royal icing.  The students helped one another to hold It together as they iced it and added decoration.

The FSM Bake off final proved fun this week as students iced their Christmas cakes.  They added sugar paste decoration.  Myles was the winner with his lovely ideas.  Paige and Mia were a very close joint second.  Much fun was had by all and the students went home with some rather lovely homemade Christmas cakes.
