Year 8 Netball
The year 8 netball team had their first fixtures of the season at Parkstone Grammar School. The girls had trained hard through the autumn term and were very keen to start the league games. Ferndown lost the first game, losing 2:1 to a last minute goal against Purbeck but rallied to gain a hard earned draw against St Edwards. They eagerly await the upcoming fixtures to build on their super performances.
Year 7 Netball
On Tuesday our year 7 netball team played their final league games of the season against Broadstone Middle School, Parkstone Grammar School and Allenbourne Middle School. The girls have thoroughly enjoyed representing the school over the past three weeks and it has been a pleasure to witness their growth in confidence and understanding of the game. They should be immensely proud of the effort and dedication they have shown to the team this year and we very much look forward to seeing them at netball club again next season. Well done girls!
