We have been inviting students to send us their lockdown video montages, in order to celebrate their achievements. This was sent out to students via parent mail and by Mrs Hartley on SMHW, through the students DT groups. Students have certainly risen to the challenge, we have received some very inspiring and uplifting videos, which we hope to share to bring happiness to our students at this time. Students who have sent in their videos should be incredibly proud of themselves, they have demonstrated resilience and the ability to make the most of any situation. So far we have seen a vast range of talent, musically, creatively and physically through gymnastics and dance. We can not wait to receive more videos, and hope this provides students with a light hearted and fun task to engage in whilst in lockdown. We would like to share these with students in order to give others the momentum to continue in lockdown, to spread a little happiness and give yet more inspiration for activities at this time.
Please do continue to send us your videos via WeTransfer to academic@fernmid.dorset.sch.uk. We will award a trophy as the top prize and have other runners up prizes on offer. Stay healthy and happy.
