Arbor – Communications and Payments

At our school, we use Arbor as our main system for keeping parents and carers informed and making school payments quick and easy. Arbor helps us stay connected while reducing paperwork and keeping everything in one secure place.

Communications

Arbor allows us to share important updates directly with you through the Arbor App or the Parent Portal.

You will receive:

• Emails and announcements from the school
• Updates about events, trips, and activities
• Attendance notifications
• Letters and documents sent electronically via email

Using Arbor means you can access information anytime on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

Payments

Arbor also provides a simple and secure way to make school payments, including:

• School meals
• Trips and visits

• Other school-related fees

Payments can be made through the app using your preferred method, and you can easily track what you have paid for.

Getting Started

To begin using Arbor:

1. Check your email for an invitation from the school.
2. Follow the link to set up your Arbor account.
3. Download the Arbor App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
