Project week got underway this week with 5 coaches leaving on various trips and a whole range of exciting activities in school. Thank you to everyone who made the car park a safe place for so many trips to leave. We also had a great start to the in-school activities with our topic of World Voice make a fantastic impact on our pupils.
Year 5 Portsmouth
90 year 5’s travelled to Portsmouth for a day on the historic dock yard as part of their maritime transport module. They had a chance to explore HMS Warrior as well as take part in some centre led activities.
Our first day of our world voices project saw children take part in a wide variety of activities from around the globe; including Zumba and African drumming.
The Local Adventure trip ventured to Moors Valley for the day. They had a great time orienteering around the site on bikes and taking part in the activities on offer.
Mill on the Brue
Our trip to Mill on the Brue arrived safely and all the campers settled in, the glorious weather has certainly helped the trip get off to a great start. The afternoon comprised of orientation and team activities.
